No more revolutions, please. The ones I have witnessed have all been backwards. From socialism to capitalism, that is. The ones yet to come will go backwards still. From capitalism to feudalism. From feudalism to slavery. And so on, all the way to the beginning of time. For we are moving backwards now. If there is any revolution I would welcome at this time, it is the one that will take us back from agriculture to hunting and gathering. Am I contradicting myself, though? Perhaps, but all the revolutions minus the last one are far from my liking. No more revolutions in my lifetime, please.
