It is Sunday. My lawyer called me on Friday to tell me that the court hearing scheduled for Tuesday might be postponed once again. My tormenter’s lawyer called him a few minutes earlier to tell him that the whole thing would be decided by Monday. If the hearing is postponed again, my lawyer cannot find another date in his schedule until the end of this month, at the earliest. So, I am in limbo one more time. Waiting for my fucking court hearing, the first of which was scheduled for December 1, 2008. Forever deaf and dumb, to put it in a nutshell.

Addendum (September 7, 2009)

My lawyer called me early this afternoon. Tomorrow morning’s court hearing was postponed, indeed, but he could not tell me for when. Most likely late this month or early the next. In a week or so, the court will notify me, anyhow. Now I can sleep in peace for a few nights. For someone in limbo, that passes as good news. Hooray!
