ON DEFOLIATION OF FACIAL SKIN (May 12, 2003)

Over lunch in the Senior Common Room today I listened to a colleague from another department rave about defoliation of facial skin. It keeps you younger. She talked about some Japanese sponges she had just acquired for the purpose. Abrasion is the name of the game. I kept quiet, although I was sure my defoliation method would beat hers by a wide margin. Besides, she does not strike me as a woman with queer leanings.
