Željko Vukadinović owns two houses on Borgo in Motovun. One of them is across the street from my house. He lives in Osijek, and so he rents out both of them when he is not around. For the New Year’s this year he rented the house across the street to a bunch of rowdy kids from Istria. They made such an incredible racket that I could not imagine ever spending these holidays in Motovun again. I hope he has made good money in the bargain.
