Now I am in touch with Juris protecta, a Croatian association concerned with widespread abuses of law across the land. Formed in 2000, it has already had some successes. First I informed them of my own legal battle with the mayor of Motovun, who has falsely accused me of both libel and insult in an avalanche of lawsuits. As an opponent of crooked golf in Motovun, Istria, and Croatia, I have been taken to court so as to thwart my political activities in this area. Two libel cases have been dropped by the court, but the insult case has stuck. Now it is with the Constitutional Court of Croatia, but it is going to the Court of Human Rights in Strasburg if the highest Croatian court upholds it. As I have promised the president of Juris protecta, I am prepared to give testimony of the abuses of law in my own case. Political machinations, such as those perpetrated by the mayor of Motovun, behind whom were the then prime minister of Croatia and the governor of Istria, must stop once and for all. Crooked golf will thereby be stopped in its tracks, as well.
