GOD’S PARTICLE (July 5, 2012)

I feel really fortunate to have lived to the day when scientists announced that they have finally discovered God’s particle. Alleluia! I understand that it will take a while longer to fully understand what this last bit of knowledge tells us about the entire creation, but the quest is now over. God’s particle is in our hands at last. Indeed, today’s date should be celebrated from now on as the holiday of science. Nay, the holiday of human mastery over the entire creation. For all our sins, of which there are surely many, we have made it! Physics, the queen of sciences, will be rounded off within a few years. And there will be nothing else of any great importance to learn from then on. God be praised for the last particle to fathom, too. It was hard, but it was still within our earthly powers. Alleluia! Now we are like one big and happy family. God included, of course.
