When you search the World Wide Web for golf development and corruption, you quickly learn that the connection is not farfetched. And this is a global phenomenon, too. There is the Caribbean. There is Spain, of course. And now there is China. As is the case with many other things, China beats the rest of the world in terms of golf development. As well as corruption, it goes without saying. Your search will also bring you to Croatia, where my writings are among the most prominent.
