LIKE BUTTERFLIES (June 26, 2014)

The last few weeks, the weather has been crazy. It is cold and wet one day, and then it is warm and dry the next. The changes are sudden and they take place often. And so I find myself pretty lost most of the time. My head feels stuffed just as my nose, which is dripping much of the time. I have hard time concentrating. My thoughts wander helter-skelter like butterflies. And one of these stray thoughts is about meteopathy, which is associated with a wide variety of symptoms. How do meteopathic people feel in this crazy weather? On the one hand, changes of mood range from anxiety to depression; on the other, physical discomfort ranges from tiredness to severe pain. More important, what will happen with such people as climate change becomes ever more rapid? Although this is anyone’s guess at present, chances are that the number of people suffering from meteopathy will only grow. Will I be among them, though? All I can say at this time is what I have already said about my difficulties with concentration, but I must add that my wandering thoughts are almost comforting at times. Like butterflies, they brought me to meteopathy, of all things. God only knows how many surprises of this ilk are in store. Go butterflies, go!
