And the first thing that comes to mind along these lines is an army of robots taking all the jobs on offer. Both blue- and white-collar jobs are ultimately in question, as a matter of fact. The only beneficiaries of the overhaul are the proverbial bosses. But the bosses should worry, too. The way capitalism works, most of them can easily be replaced by robots. In the fullness of time, only a few bosses would be needed to run as many armies of robots. The only question is what to do with so many idle humans. But the current edition of the mighty newspapers is quiet about this crucial question. The way capitalism works, this is exactly what one would expect from it, anyhow.
