Ever since I woke up this morning I have been fighting the urge to write one more letter to the mayor of Motovun and all his stooges in the municipal office. The message would be awfully simple. I would wish them that all their wishes concerning the town’s development would come true. To my surprise, I cannot make myself write that letter. The curse would be too horrible by half.
