SWALLOWED BY SILENCE (June 18, 2008)
When you sit and stare in front of yourself for a long time, and when you eventually manage to sink into the world out there, you suddenly become swallowed by silence. The silence quickly becomes so deep, so pervasive, that every sound you subsequently hear stands out as something special, something very precious, which makes the silence even deeper and more pervasive than before. Completely swallowed by silence, you experience all sounds, no matter how familiar, as pretty little gems adorning the world out there.
