TOWARD A THEORY OF EXAGGERATED SEXUALITY (July 25, 2007)
Whence the exaggerated sexuality in the most developed parts of contemporary world? That is, those parts of the world where the population has been declining for decades. The answer is straightforward: this is nature’s response to the population decline itself. It is meant to correct the decline, but it is systematically thwarted by all sorts of devices designed to prevent population growth. The theory has a strong predictive power, too: the greater the population decline, the greater the exaggeration of sexuality, as well.
