Parked at a Didcot Parkway platform, there idle five identical freight locomotives with enormous serial numbers emblazoned on their flanks: 66061, 66098, 66159, 66217, and 66238. They all have the same prefix, which probably stands for the company name: EWS. Train spotters must hate such excess. No challenge here, even for a complete novice, like me.
