It is only Sunday, but I have already tossed away the current issue of The Economist. It officially comes out on Saturday, but I get it a day early by post. I usually get rid of the old issue only when the new one arrives. Anyhow, there was nothing in the current issue I could sink my teeth into. Thus, there will be no letter to the editor this week. I only wonder whether he would take my silent complaint as his success or his failure.
