CALL IT PREJUDICE (July 31, 2015)
My beloved left for Zagreb this morning. Her knapsack on my back, I walked with her to the bus station in Livade, and then I walked back home. Half way up the Motovun hill, I saw a bicyclist coming toward me. It was a woman. Even from a considerable distance, she did not look friendly. “Hi,” I said when she rode past me, but she did not respond. “Ha,” I chuckled to myself, “there must be another woman right behind her!” Indeed, another bicyclist appeared soon afterwards. It was a woman again, and she did not look friendly at all. “Hi,” I said when she passed by me, but she remained mum. I chuckled to myself again: “Lesbians!” Call it prejudice, but I still bet the two are committed lesbians and fervent feminists. As well as great supporters of misandry in all shapes and forms.
