MIND DUMP REVISITED (July 29, 2025)

“Hey,” a question pops up in my mind as soon as I wake up from my afternoon nap, “what can I contribute to my mind dump?” I am thinking about my Residua, of course (“Mind Dump,” May 12, 2003). This is how I presented my writing project to the vaunted creator of the World Wide Web, as well (“The Mind Dump of a ‘Normal’ Person: From a Letter to Sir Tim Berners-Lee,” November 9, 2004). Every now and then, the expression returns with force: mind dump, mind dump, mind dump… Whence the question after my nap, no doubt. Hard to believe, but my mind dump is in its fiftieth year already and it also counts close to four-million words. Hard to believe, but beyond any doubt. So, what can I contribute to my mind dump on this particular occasion? As it turns out, nothing of any importance. At best, I am happy to report that this germane expression is still ricocheting through my mind, as well as that I find it a fitting portrayal of my magnum opus. Besides, I am likely to be rid of it for quite a while by reporting it right now in so many carefully crafted words. Yoopee!
